2016 is here with a bang! We love to eat the seasons at the Mulberry Bush. Whether it be a handful of our delicious grazers over a bottle of delicious wine and a chat with friends, or a more formal 3 Course meal, you will love the fresh produce on your plate! Roger Vincent has worked with Young’s as Head Chef for now 28 years and we are blessed to have him as OUR Head Chef! With brilliant ideas every season, we know that we can tickle your taste-buds!! When the weather shifts from the cold depths of January and February our spring menu will arrive, however with daily changing seasonal specials, you will surely find the dish for you! This month, we are in looking forward to trying a couple of new additions to our menu – Baby monk tail Scampi, triple cooked chips and crème fraiche tartare. Pan fried rump cap, king cabbage, mash, shallot gravy and a fried hens egg. Why not follow these up with a Blood orange, apple and pomegranate crumble – perfect for banishing the winter blues!
