The Twa Dugs - About us

The pub is owned by two local lads. Owen Kerr runs a successful sign and display business in the town and Bob Shields is a well known journalist and columnist with Scotland's top newspaper the "Daily Record".

Fed up with other local bars catering for the younger drinker, they set out to create an old fashioned pub that would be welcoming to every age group and background - and tourists of course.
